This 7 mile moderate hike features stunning Colorado scenery and three lakes.
Description: Just a short walk from the parking lot is Brainard Lake. From here, we’ll take a stroll through the pine forest as we enter the stunning Indian Peaks Wilderness area and gain a gorgeous view of Long Lake. As we make a gradual ascent on the beautiful Pawnee Pass trail you’ll be surrounded by wooded terrain and peaceful streams. Lake Isabel sits just below tree line where we’ll sit and have a picnic lunch with epic mountain views!
Included in our rates: The services of a professional guide along with personal coaching from a certified trainer and nutrition specialist. You will learn skills, exercises, stretches and best practices to achieve the most from your outdoor adventure! Snacks, lunch and education about local and natural history are also included.
Not included in our rates: Transportation, area entrance fee ($12 per vehicle)
Difficulty Description: Outdoor adventuring for anyone comfortable with regular exercise. No previous experience required and suitable for those with a moderate level of fitness; however, the high elevation in addition to the distance will give you a rewarding challenge!
