Description: If you like hiking or road running, or both, then trail running is worth a try. Trail running is an awesome form of exercise, but it’s also an amazing way to get outside and enjoy the wilderness and wildlife that Colorado has to offer. It allows you to cover more ground in a shorter period of time and experience the wind in your hair! Running up and down mountains may seem like an intimidating endeavor but it’s much more accessible than you imagine.

This easy, non technical, 3 mile loop is a great introduction to running off road and a fantastic place to learn basic technique specific to trail! So, lace up your shoes and join me on the dirt...it just may be your new addiction!
