Location: Chatfield State Park, CO
Description: Even a relaxing paddle board session on the lake promises a total body workout. Aside from the core strength required for balance, muscles in the arms, back and shoulders are all hard at work with each stroke through the water. During our fitness paddle we’ll add lower body exercises, sprint intervals for cardio, and yoga inspired stretching to round out the session. Participants will leave feeling rejuvenation in mind, body and spirit!
Included in our rates: We’ll begin with a quick rundown of the technique involved...the basic “how-to’s”. Then we’ll hit the water for a FUN, functional and effective total-body workout guaranteed to exhilarate! You’ll receive dedicated coaching from a PSUPA certified guide and personal trainer, providing you with individualized instruction, constructive feedback and genuine motivation to help you meet your goals! All of which will take place in a small group setting surrounded by nature’s beauty. Let’s do this!
What to bring: Bring your stand up paddle board, your PFD (personal floatation device), a water bottle and a positive attitude!
